Terms of service
These beta terms describe the current Sendapuffin service. Final commercial terms, operator identity, governing law, pricing, and liability provisions require legal review before general paid availability.
The service
Sendapuffin creates secure, short-lived mission handoffs and exposes user-approved tools to third-party AI services. Sendapuffin does not itself guarantee AI output. Connected-provider writes are prepared by AI but require the user’s separate confirmation in Sendapuffin.
Your responsibilities
- Provide only content you have the right to use and share.
- Review mission content and AI output before relying on it.
- Protect mission links and revoke them if they are exposed.
- Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Third-party services
Use of ChatGPT, Claude, calendar providers, linked websites, and other services is governed by their separate terms. We are not responsible for their availability, output, or handling of information you choose to send them.
Beta availability
The beta may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. Do not use it for emergency, safety-critical, legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes decisions without qualified human review.
