Sendapuffin is in private beta. Include the approximate time of the problem and the browser you used, but never email a live mission link containing sensitive information.

Contact

A public support inbox is being provisioned. Private-beta participants should use the contact channel in their invitation. Beta support is currently best-effort; a formal response-time commitment will be published with paid plans.

Self-service

  • Request a fresh sign-in link if an older one has expired.
  • Use Mission Control to revoke a link that was shared accidentally.
  • Export or delete your data from Mission Control.
  • Check the public health endpoint at /api/health.
